During the five or so years that the development of his work lasted, Arthur Rimbaud never stopped exploring new ways to break with the poetry of his contemporaries, still too rigorous and elitist according to him, and gave birth to a simple poetry, sensory, instinctive, in substance as in form, which he redefines as the art of one who sees beyond reality.

This notebook offers an anthology of seven of his texts (letters and poems), which are all windows opening onto his conception of the visionary poet...
